Incorrect Website Font – How to Fix

There’s going to be a few new posts tomorrow so I figured now’s the best time to inform you of an issue I found recently.

You may not be viewing the website in the way it’s intended.

Our font is supposed to be Open Sans but for some reason the website stopped supplying it and only shows the default Times New Roman if you do not have Open Sans installed.

If you see the text of the website like in the above picture then you do not have Open Sans.

You can fix this by going to this link:¬†and downloading (the down arrow on the far right) and installing the font (unzip > right click > install). It’s free, it’s an officiated Google font and doesn’t change your PC or browsers. It just lets the website display its correct font when you view the website.

Thanks guys!

Just curious, do you guys have a web developer? Because the font thing should be an easy fix with some template coding.

We don’t. We do need one though. There’s only so many things we can sort out without a knowledge of coding.

ūüôā Where do I sign up? I’m a busy girl, but I’d be happy to lend a hand when I have the time.
