So I downloaded all the mods correctly, FNIS recognizes SR and I don’t have an issue with T posing. However, when Bishop instigated a kiss/hug scene and when I try to instigate one, Bishop tends to fuse into my body and no animation plays. It lasts a few seconds and then I have to talk to him and wiggle around before it will go back to normal. If anyone has some tips or suggestions on how to fix this I would appreciate it.ElizabethParticipantJanuary 1, 2019 at 10:31 pmPost count: 26
First thing to try is to reinstall the xpmse skeleton and make sure nothing overwrites it
Then try running FNIS once moreLisaParticipantJanuary 4, 2019 at 1:17 amPost count: 4
After I made this post I played through the entire thing and dancing also doesn’t work.
Half this didn’t make sense.
I reinstalled XP32 and no overwrites were made. The animations still did not work. I decided to reinstall the whole list of mods and I started getting CTD every time I approached Riverwood. Now I’ve deleted everything and made a quick save outside the cave so I don’t have to deal with turning on and off mods. I’ve gone through each mod and approached Riverwood again and nothing seems to be wrong. I’m not sure where the CTDs came from. I guess you can chalk it up to bad luck if anything.
After all this, it still doesn’t work.ElizabethParticipantJanuary 4, 2019 at 7:21 pmPost count: 26
Did you re-run FNIS? Or have you run FNIS before? I’ve seen a few times that people are new to using FNIS, and don’t know how to use it.
If you use Mod Organizer, look at this link: https://forum.step-project.com/topic/8524-q-a-using-fnis-with-mod-organizer/
If you do not use Mod Organizer, look here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=okYUSut0C2A (If you install mods manually, run it from the data folder location)
For CTD issues: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/72725/LisaParticipantJanuary 4, 2019 at 7:36 pmPost count: 4
After redownloading the mods last night after the CTD at Riverwood, it started to work. I had forgotten to run FNIS after the downloads *smh*. Thank you for the links 🙂
Time to dig into my SE skyrim and fix the same problem. I wanted to try fixing this issue in og skyrim before anything to make sure it was something stupid I did and not the files.
Thanks Elizabeth. I appreciate the help.
